Our delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, standard delivery takes between 1-3 business days in Belgium and 2-5 business days in the rest of Europe.

We ship throughout Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
For shipments to Belgium, orders under €120 are subject to a delivery charge of €5.99. For shipments outside Europe, a delivery charge of €8.99 applies.
How to return a product?

How long is the warranty on my projectors?
All our projectors come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, providing protection against manufacturing defects. Additionally, an extended warranty can be purchased for extended coverage.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@luminanse.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will guide you through the claim process.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical problems related to the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications made to the product.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, the warranty is transferable. If you resell your projector, the new person can benefit from the warranty as long as you provide the original proof of purchase.
What if my product is defective after the warranty period?
If your product has any problems after the warranty period, we recommend that you contact our customer service. We can offer you repair or replacement options at competitive rates.
How do I know if my product is under warranty?
You can check the purchase date on your receipt or in the order confirmation email. If the date is less than a year old, your product is still under warranty.
